Born in the region of Languedoc-Rousillon in France, an emblematic region for its wines, our founder grew up in a family of winemakers, cradled by the love of the terroir and wine. Her grandfather, a passionate winemaker, left her a unique legacy: his precious bottles resulting from a life of work and dedication to the vine. Unfortunately, due to a lack of adequate conservation, time has altered their splendour. From this loss was born Chill & Cheers: a company dedicated to the preservation of each bottle and its history.
